Engagement of Service
A potential customer may engage AllTight Pluming and Heating Ltd. to provide services. The term of the service begins when both parties have agreed upon the following:
- The scheduling of the services
- The amount of monetary compensation and method of compensation for services rendered
- The location being serviced
Unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties, the customer is responsible for paying the full amount owed upon completion of the services. Expiration of the term or termination of service does not excuse the customer from paying all unpaid, accrued charges due in relation to the agreement.
Refusal of Service
AllTight Plumbing and Heating Ltd. reserves the right to refuse services in the following circumstances:
- When the potential customer is engaged in prohibited or unlawful actions
- When the potential customer is found to be abusive
- Failure to agree to the terms in this agreement
- When service is made impossible due any circumstance
- When either party fails to agree upon a the scheduling, cost, or location of the services provided.
Termination/Discontinuation of Service
AllTight Plumbing and Heating Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or discontinue providing services under the following circumstances:
- When the customer is engaged in prohibited or unlawful actions
- When the customer is found to be abusive
- When the customer is found to be in violation of the terms in this agreement
- When the customer has failed to pay for services rendered by AllTight Pluming and Heating Ltd. within the time allotted by this agreement.
- When service is made impossible due any circumstance
If your Service is terminated for any stated reason you will be responsible for any outstanding bills owed for completed work.
